Harmony Clubhouse is available for any Birhday Parties, Group Events or Special Celebrations for kids! Perfect for a child's birthday, communion, pre-k or kindergarten graduation. Schools are welcome to host a class party, or class field trip. We also welcome Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts to earn a badge. Host an end of year peewee soccer party, family reunion or baptism. There's always a reason to celebrate at The Harmony Clubhouse!
We will have balloon centerpieces at the tables in Harmony Clubhouse colors, along with plain table cloths. We will not allow tape, nails or pins that may damage our walls for other decor. Tabletop or stand alone decor is welcome.
Yes, pizza is provided as indicated in your event package details. You may add on another pie(s) as needed. You are welcome to bring snacks, beverages, cake or other desserts. (Please no alcoholic beverages for adults.) We will also provide paper plates and napkins but let us know if you would like to use your own paper goods.
Each of our event packages includes 45 minutes of play time in The Clubhouse. The Slimetastic option includes added time for kids to make slime to take home.
We can comfortably fit 30 children at Harmony Clubhouse, along with parents.
Yes, we encourage you to stay to watch over your child/children while they are enjoying Harmony Clubhouse and other activities. Please let us know if you would like for us to order any additional pizza for adults ($20 additional per pie).
If you need to cancel your event completely, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.. Cancelations must be communicated to us in writing by email to: info@harmonyclubhouse.org. If your event is canceled within 48 hours or less of the start time, you will be responsible for 100% of your event fee. Your credit card will be processed for the remaining 50% at the time of cancellation. If you contact us 2 weeks prior to your event, we can arrange to reschedule your event for another date.
